how to add a shared mailbox in outlook

Open Outlook

Launch the Outlook application on your computer. Ensure you are logged in with your account that has access to the shared mailbox.

Access Account Settings

Click on **File** in the top left corner, then select **Account Settings** and choose **Account Settings** again from the dropdown.

Select Your Account

In the Account Settings window, select your email account from the list and click on **Change**.

More Settings

In the Change Account window, click on **More Settings**. Then navigate to the **Advanced** tab.

Add Shared Mailbox

Under the **Mailboxes** section, click on **Add**. Enter the name or email address of the shared mailbox, then click **OK**. Finally, click **Next** and then **Finish**.
