Open Your Presentation

Launch PowerPoint and open the presentation where you want to add speaker notes. Click on the **File** menu, then select **Open** to choose your presentation.

Select a Slide

Navigate to the slide where you want to add notes. Click on the slide in the left-hand pane to select it.

Locate the Notes Pane

At the bottom of the PowerPoint window, find the **Notes** pane. If it’s not visible, click on the **View** tab in the ribbon and select **Notes** to display it.

Add Your Notes

Click inside the **Notes** pane and type your speaker notes. Be concise and focus on key points you want to remember while presenting.

Save Your Changes

After adding your notes, click on the **File** menu and select **Save** to ensure your changes are saved. You can now view your notes during the presentation.
