Open Your Excel File

Launch Microsoft Excel and open the workbook you want to convert. Navigate to **File** > **Open** to select your file.

Access the Export Option

Click on **File** in the top menu, then select **Export** from the options listed.

In the Export menu, select **Create PDF/XPS Document** and then click on the **Create PDF/XPS** button.

Select PDF Settings

A dialog box will appear. Choose your desired location to save the PDF, and select the **Options** button to set specific preferences like page range or publishing options.

Save the PDF

After adjusting the settings, click **Publish** to save your Excel file as a PDF. Check the location you selected to confirm the file is created.
