Log in to your Asana account and navigate to the project where you want to create the form. Click on the project name in the left sidebar to open it.
Once in your project, locate and click on the **'Forms'** tab at the top of the project view. This will take you to the forms section.
Click on the **'Create Form'** button. This will open a new form editor where you can start adding fields.
In the form editor, use the options available to add various fields such as text, dropdowns, or checkboxes. Click on **'Add Field'** and choose the type of field you want to include.
After adding all necessary fields, customize the form settings as needed. Once done, click on **'Share Form'** to get the link for sharing or to send it directly to team members.
