Open Microsoft Word

Launch **Microsoft Word** on your computer. Ensure you are using a version that supports PDF editing (Word 2013 or later).

Open the PDF File

Click on **File** in the top menu, then select **Open**. Browse to find the PDF file you want to edit and select it.

Convert PDF to Word Document

A prompt will appear indicating that Word will convert the PDF to an editable document. Click **OK** to proceed.

Edit the Document

Once the PDF is converted, you can edit the text, images, and other elements as needed. Use the formatting tools in the **Home** tab to adjust the layout.

Save Your Edited Document

After making your edits, click on **File**, then select **Save As**. Choose the desired format (Word document or PDF) and save your changes.
