Open Excel and Enter Data

Launch Excel and input your data in a worksheet. Ensure your data is organized in rows or columns, with labels in the first row or column.

Select Your Data

Click and drag to highlight the cells containing the data you want to include in your graph.

Insert a Graph

Go to the **Insert** tab on the Ribbon. Choose the type of graph you want to create from the **Charts** group. Click on your preferred graph type.

Customize Your Graph

Once the graph appears, use the **Chart Tools** that appear on the Ribbon to customize your graph. You can change the chart design, layout, and format.

Save Your Work

After customizing your graph, make sure to save your Excel file by clicking on **File** and then **Save** or **Save As** to keep your changes.
