Log into HubSpot

Navigate to the HubSpot website and **log into your account** using your credentials.

Access Your Contacts

In the main dashboard, click on **Contacts** in the top navigation menu to view your list of contacts.

Select Contacts to Merge

Find the contacts you want to merge. Use the search bar if needed. **Check the boxes** next to the contacts you wish to combine.

Initiate Merge Process

Once the contacts are selected, click on the **Actions** dropdown menu located above the contact list and select **Merge**.

Confirm Merge

A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the merge. Review the details and click **Merge** to finalize the process. The contacts will now be combined into one.
