Prepare Your Data

Open your Excel spreadsheet containing the data you want to use for labels. Ensure that each piece of information (like names and addresses) is in its own column.

Select Your Data

Highlight the data you wish to print as labels. Make sure to include the headers if you want them on the labels.

Open the Mailings Tab

Navigate to the **Mailings** tab at the top of the Excel window. This tab contains tools for creating labels.

Choose Labels

Click on **Labels** in the **Mailings** tab. This will open the **Envelopes and Labels** dialog box. Select the **Labels** tab.

Set Label Options

Click on the **Options** button to choose the type of label you are using. Select the appropriate label brand and product number, then click **OK**.

Insert Merge Fields

In the **Address** box, click on **Insert Merge Field** to add the fields from your Excel data. Arrange them as needed for your label format.

Print Your Labels

After setting up your labels, click on **Print** in the dialog box. Follow the prompts to print your labels on the selected label sheets.
