how to set up a zoom meeting

Sign In to Zoom

Go to the **Zoom website** or open the **Zoom app** on your device. Click on **Sign In** and enter your credentials.

Schedule a Meeting

Once signed in, navigate to the **Meetings** tab on the left sidebar. Click on **Schedule a New Meeting**.

Enter Meeting Details

Fill in the required fields such as **Meeting Name**, **Date**, **Time**, and **Duration**. Adjust settings like **Video** and **Audio** preferences as needed.

Save the Meeting

After entering all necessary information, click the **Save** button at the bottom of the page to create your meeting.

Share Meeting Information

Copy the **Invitation Link** or the **Meeting ID** and share it with your participants via email or messaging apps.
