The Notta Referral Program (the "Program") shall apply to the referrer and the referee who participate in the Program (collectively, the "Participants"). To participate in this Program, the Participants must agree to these terms and the Notta Terms of Service. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
How to Earn Referral Rewards
Notta users can earn Referral Rewards if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link; and (ii) the referred friend performs a Qualifying Action (as defined below).
The referring Notta users will be credited with the Referral Rewards specified for the Qualifying Action in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials after their referred friends' completion of the Qualifying Action. A referral invitation may include an offer for Qualifying Action: Qualifying Account Creation. If the referred friend completes the Qualifying Account Creation by creating a valid Notta account that complies with our Terms of Service, the referring Notta users will receive the Referral Rewards amount specified for the Qualifying Account Creation, if any.
Referral Rewards
The referrer who successfully refers referees to complete Qualifying Account Creation can enjoy Referral Rewards stated below:
If the referrer is a Basic Notta user, upon referees' completion of the Qualifying Account Creation, the Referral Reward would be a 3-Day Gift Pro with access to all Notta features and a 120-minute transcription quota. No charge would be made upon the end of the 3-Day Gift Pro. Each Notta customer can earn up to 20 times 3-Day Gift Pro Referral Reward.
If the referrer is a Pro, Gift Pro, or Team user, upon the referee's completion of the Qualifying Account Creation, the Referral Reward would be a 60-minute transcription quota. Each Notta customer can earn a maximum of 12,000 minutes in respect of total minutes of service.
Qualifying Action
Qualifying Account Creation
A Qualifying Action must comply with the requirements indicated in the referral invitation, accompanying promotional materials, Notta website, or Notta mobile application for that type of action.
The Qualifying Account Creation must comply with our Terms of Service and the referred friend must complete the email confirmation.
Redeeming Referral Rewards
The Referral Rewards will be automatically redeemed on the date of the referred friends' completion of the Qualifying Action.
Referral Rewards may not be earned by creating multiple Notta accounts. Referral Rewards accrued in separate Notta accounts may not be combined into one account.
If for any reason, you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Referral Rewards, please contact us. Notta may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Notta's sole discretion.
You are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Referral Rewards. Where applicable, Notta may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the Referral Rewards are redeemed.
Sharing Referral Links
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites or Wikipedia). Notta users are prohibited from "spamming" anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting, messaging people you do not know, or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Notta users are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
Referred Friends
Registered users will receive a 3-Day Gift Pro reward and will be downgraded to Basic users after the 3-Day Gift Pro end. The Notta transcribe service may not be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or combined with other Notta referral programs or incentives.
Notta reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or access, if fraud, tampering, violations of these terms and conditions, Notta's Terms of Service or Terms of Payment Service, or technical errors are suspected. Void where prohibited by law.
Multiple Referrals
A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Notta users, only the Notta users associated with the referral link actually used by the referred friend will receive Referral Rewards.
The Program may not be combined with other Notta referral programs or incentives. If a referred friend receives referral links related to multiple Notta referral programs, preference will be given to payment via the host referral program, voiding eligibility from the Program.
Severability
If any provision in these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
Notta may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s eligibility to participate in it at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Referral Rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Notta Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Referral Rewards can change at any time.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on website, applications, or services. The modification is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
