GoTo Meeting Transcription

Start by downloading the GotoMeeting recording to your computer. To do this, go to your GoToMeeting account and download it to your computer. Keep in mind that GoToMeeting records videos in a proprietary format (.GTM), so you can GoToMeeting's Recording Manager settings, to automatically convert the recording after it's made. After the conversion process, you can now download the file to your computer and proceed to the next step of the transcription process.

On your Notta Dashboard, select the "Import File" button and upload your video. Notta accepts audio and video file formats, including MP3, WAV, M4A, CAF AIFF, MP4, AVI, RMVB, MOV, and WMV. Once your video upload is complete, Notta will begin the transcription process automatically. It usually takes a few minutes depending on the length of the meeting.

To begin editing, skim through your transcript and make any necessary corrections. You can to listen to the video while reading the transcript to ensure its accuracy. You can also add notes or create a to-do list to stay on top of action items or other important points that were discussed in the meeting. When you're satisfied with your transcript, you can export it in a variety of formats such as TXT, DOCX, EXCEL, SRT or PDF. This makes it easy to share with others who may need to reference it.
